Ajman University Participates in “A Journey Without Gaps” Panel Discussion

Dr. Elham Izeddin Yahia from the Department of Education at Ajman University participated in a panel discussion titled “A Journey Without Gaps”, hosted by Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services on 14 October 2026.

The discussion brought together researchers and specialists in special education and disability support services to address the challenges faced by persons with disabilities and explore ways to promote inclusion and independence.

Dr. Elham emphasized the importance of collaboration between academic institutions, practitioners, and community organizations in removing barriers and creating meaningful opportunities for persons with disabilities in education, employment, and community participation.

The participation reflects Ajman University’s commitment to community engagement and strengthening academia–community partnerships to advance inclusive practices and improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities.
