Psychology Department Welcomes New Students at Orientation Event

The Department of Psychology at Ajman University’s College of Humanities and Sciences organized an orientation reception to welcome new students and introduce them to the Department, its faculty, and the university community.

Prof. Fares Howari, Dean of the College of Humanities and Sciences, welcomed the students and highlighted the College’s commitment to academic excellence and student development. Dr. Rasha Abdelrahman, Head of the Department of Psychology, also congratulated the students and emphasized the importance of critical thinking, ethical responsibility, empathy, and lifelong learning.

Faculty members introduced their academic specializations and research interests, while senior students shared their experiences and practical advice. Interactive activities further encouraged student engagement and helped create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
