Discussion and understanding of ethical considerations in the practice of electrical engineering; discussion and understanding of social issues and their relationship to the practice of electrical engineering; discussion and understanding of contemporary issues to the practice of electrical engineering; to promote a broad understanding of the interactions among various technologies; and to apply oral communication and discussion of the concepts studied in this course.
