This report describes a systematic approach to patrol operation management at several levels, from Patrol Users to Patrol Managers, Branch Managers and Station Managers. The system provides efficient features for receiving, handing over, replacing patrols and documenting incidents or observations. An automated process to register or replace patrols is available to Patrol Users that captures key information such as name, military number and rank. Also, they can fill in reports for malfunctions and incidents and report directly to the relevant authorities. The vision of the United Arab Emirates, particularly the Ministry of Interior, represented by the Ajman Police General Headquarters, is the realization of this project. It proves the commitment of this initiative to intercultural exchanges through digital services and institutional transformation. This project was inspired by personal experiences and extensive consultations with patrol users and their supervisors motivated by the need to address an outdated patrol logging system. It identified inefficiencies in the patrol handover process and identified the need for an optimized system. As a result, we built a complete patrol management system with exact patrol position on a map and report assignment to the nearest patrol, thus reducing reaction times and meeting operational targets. The system provides tools to Patrol Managers to monitor reports, manage patrol availability, and document actions such as removing or reactivating patrols in the movement log. It also enables us to have a swift follow up on problems and smooth operation. Supervisors can also search patrol activities by specific dates, making the responsibility of oversight much easier. In addition, managers can record and share notes for patrol users and other higher-level authorities, enabling transparency and two-way communication. Security, Investigation and Centre Patrols are advanced tools Branch Managers and Station Managers can use to oversee patrol activities across multiple branches. The system provides a comprehensive overview of patrol operations, and enables precise inquiries, real time monitoring and efficient management. This project enables a complete transformation of patrol system operations in Ajman, by allowing safer and more efficient patrol registrations, seamless transfers and effective communication between all levels of management.
