Abstract

The advent of digital transformation has increased operational efficiency in most sectors, and car towing services are no exception. Our project presents a full-stack web application developed to modernize the daily operations of Right Choice Car Towing Services, a towing company in Dubai, UAE. Our system resolves the drawbacks of manual record-keeping and redundancy, lack of real-time service tracking, and inefficient communication between administrators, customers, and drivers.
Our solution will provide core functionalities for the customer in service booking, tow truck maintenance tracking, and management of job applications for administration. Customers will be able to easily book services by providing the pick-up and drop-off locations or selecting the available options for on-site assistance. Administrators can now easily track the details of the tow trucks, their assignments, and service status in real time through a completely streamlined workflow. And the job seekers also get a perfect platform to search for job openings and apply to them on mobiles while on the move.
This will also include the use of modern data management practices and security measures, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of customer data and information. The functional and non-functional testing focuses on the reliability, scalability, and usability of the system as a whole. Features like tracking of service history, user-responsive design, and modular architecture make the platform adaptive to further changes in requirements and user demands in the future.
This report will explain in detail the development process, the challenges that were faced, and the solutions to those challenges. It will also identify the strengths and limitations of our proposed system while planning for enhancements related to scalability and improved functionality, adapting to future demands. The result is a user-centric, efficient, and reliable system that transforms the overall towing service experience for all customers, administrators, and job seekers alike.
