| Abstract |
This project investigates how the adoption of technology in theme parks, such as Disneyland and Universal Studios, impacts visitor satisfaction and operational efficiency. Using over 40,000 visitor reviews and 100,000 historical wait-time records, we analyzed trends, sentiment, and operational improvements. Key findings include a 7% increase in ratings for tech-related experiences, a 37% reduction in average wait times due to digital queue systems, and a 5x growth in technology mentions in reviews over the past decade. The project uses Natural Language Processing, statistical analysis, and interactive visualization tools to provide actionable business insights. Web applications, including a Streamlit dashboard and Flask backend API, were developed to visualize data, monitor metrics, and provide recommendations. This work demonstrates that investing in technology improves visitor experiences and operational performance while supporting data-driven decision-making for theme park management. |
