We are building an application for Ajman University regarding the complaint issues the student, faculty and staff of the university are facing. Ajman University just has a complaint emailing procedure as per now. Our application will enhance the complaint making procedures as it is a complaint portal and will have ability to do the following tasks:

• Students, staff and faculty will have the authority to make complaints and track them.
• It will authorize the concerning department to take an action and to resolve the complaint.
• This complaint portal will be able to solve the problems at the earliest.
• WeNotice application will address the problems of student, faculty and staff of the university in equitable and unbiased manner.
• It will provide the university with an effective tool to track problem areas, retrieve data and will provide a better way to coordinate.
• This portal assures continuous improvement and growth for the university.
