Abstract

Existing healthcare record management systems are heavily fragmented or rely on centralized systems for data storage and processing. Such systems confront a variety of issues, including single point of failure. Furthermore, such systems are non-transparent and provide limited data protection, privacy, integrity, and immutability. Our electronic health record (HER) platform, built on decentralized blockchain technology, ensures the integrity of patient data while also increasing their privacy. The benefits of blockchain technology in terms of security and privacy allow patients to have more control over their medical records, preventing them from being transferred between practitioners without their agreement. The applications of blockchain technology in healthcare are numerous, including securely sending patient records and controlling the medicine supply chain. To do this, we intend to connect all hospitals through a decentralized system. To accomplish this, we intend to connect all hospitals via a decentralized system to ensure high HER data security, immutability, and operational transparency. We added a new feature, which is an online pharmacy, which makes it easier for the patient to get the medicine that the doctor wants him to take. The features of this online pharmacy are fast delivery, government license, and availability 24 hours.
