When it comes to having an application that enables viewing and sharing university events or activities, distributing information across multiple platforms poses a significant challenge. Students want to stay informed and engaged but often find it difficult to do so
because of the scattered sources of information.
The existing divide not only hinders students' abilities to access relevant information effectively and timely but also leads to exhaustion from constantly having to search across multiple platforms whenever they want to be informed or updated about happenings on campus. To address this issue, we propose streamlining this entire process into a single yet comprehensive platform. This comprehensive platform will aggregate information regarding university events, workshops, volunteering, trips, and internship opportunities, ensuring students remain informed and engaged in various academic and extracurricular activities. It will ease the stress of dispensing and retrieving information across multiple platforms, possibly increasing students' participation and engagement, a significant benefit for both students and the university.
