AU MOVES – A Transport Management Automation Web-Application for Ajman University

The everyday struggle that comes with commuting to university for college students may be frustrating and time-consuming. Students are heavily burdened by the obligations of  extracurricular activities, part-time jobs, and academics, as well as by the unpredictable nature of transportation methods. The everyday struggle is further aggravated by elements like heavy traffic, protracted wait periods, and the ongoing requirement to coordinate academic calendars with transportation schedules.

This ongoing battle has an adverse effect on students' general health in addition to their academic performance and punctuality, underscoring the need for creative solutions—like transportation apps—to lessen the challenges of everyday travel. To tackle these issues, AU Moves, a cutting-edge transportation
management web-application, was developed specifically for university students who depend on university buses for their daily commutes in order to solve these problems. This project report describes how AU Moves was developed, emphasizing its goals, inspiration, and ways in which it improves the commuter experience for students. Using the application of cutting-edge technology and user-centered design, AU Moves enhances the general structure of Ajman University's operations and transform transportation services
