Shaheen application seeks to achieve sustainability and creative thinking in the field of buying and selling products on the personal or commercial level, in the future. We seek in this application to facilitate the process of buying or selling cars at the present time in the UAE, which if it’s get linked to a government database such as the RTA or UAEPASS will make it easier for users to transfer cars ownership from the seller to the buyer.

In the UAE, the Roads, and Transport Authority (RTA) plays a big role in managing transportation. They handle things like registering vehicles, giving out licenses, and making sure public transportation runs smoothly, especially in busy cities like Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Another important tool is the UAEPASS app, made by the UAE government. It's a digital ID and signature system that makes it easier for people to access government services online. With UAEPASS, you can do a lot of things without having to deal with as much paperwork or bureaucracy.

Our project wants to connect these two things. We want to use UAEPASS to make owning a car in the UAE much simpler. By combining UAEPASS with RTA services and database, we hope to create a system where car owners can handle registration and payments more easily than ever before.
