This project provides a comprehensive account of the design and execution of a system that facilitates the reporting and resolution of issues pertaining to public infrastructure. The citizens can report various of issues through our system the "We Care", this system operates and run on Android application. The authorities monitoring the reports and responsible for sending updates about report status. We use Firebase to be as a in a database infrastructure for our system, so that increase reaction “real time mentoring” & scalability. The front- end for WeCare system is HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and for the back-end we use flatter “dart”.
The reporting system enable the individuals to encourage with the authorities to increase the local level and save environment. By means of contemporary technology and streamlined communication channels, the system establishes a link between administrative authorities and the public, thereby fostering a community that is more connected and responsive.
