| Abstract |
Parking violation are main and important issue that the students faces in the university life, making it difficult for the student and faculty members to move around the university and find a parking, now a day checking for parking violation is no that smart manual check is hard now a day for the security guard, because of the hot weather in United Arab Emirates and the increase of the student in the university lead to increase also for the number of the cars in the university and this will be hard to detect by the security guard manually. Our project interduce automated parking management system Artificial intelligence based system for recognizing plate numbers and parking violation, this will enforce the parking users to follow the rules and park properly to avoid any violations, this will lead to improve the spacing in the university. The application will provide to the users a real time parking availability lots updates and also fines notification. Our solution will reduce the traffic during the peak time , and enhance the university security and insure fair parking enforcement . |
