The system ensures that classroom capacity matches student enrollment, automatically detects scheduling conflicts, and suggests suitable alternative rooms or time slots when needed. By using database-driven management and scheduling optimization techniques, UniClass Scheduler reduces human errors, improves classroom utilization, and enhances the overall efficiency of the academic scheduling process. The system provides a practical and scalable solution that can be adapted to different university environments.
