Kanhira Kadavath Mujeeb Rahman

Dr. Mujeeb Rahman is an accomplished educator and passionate researcher in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) within the domain of Biomedical Engineering. He achieved his Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering and Machine Learning at Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT, India). To further refine his expertise, he pursued a Postgraduate degree in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (ML and AI) at the renowned University of Texas at Austin, USA. Dr. Rahman's exceptional academic journey includes a remarkable gold medal for securing the top position in his M.Tech. program in Biomedical Instrumentation from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU, India). His career began its ascent in 2004 when he assumed a lecturing role in the BME department at AU. His research is fueled by a deep passion for unlocking the potential of ML and AI in the field of biomedical engineering. His primary focus lies in the complex domains of biomedical signal and image processing, where he has made significant contributions. Dr. Rahman's zeal extends beyond academia into the field of programming, where he excels in both C++ and Python.
