Main Activities: • Budget Coordinator for the College: Assist the dean in preparing the budget with coordinate with the heads of departments. • Review of the Academic Record: Carry out and verification of the student records (Transcripts) for electrical and biomedical students. • Events Management Committee: Member in events management committee for preparation of graduation ceremonies, and some main events like Honor Assembly. • Represent the college in the library committee: Learning Resources Coordinator for the College • Represent the College in the Student Success Center (SSC) • Academic Advisor: Follow up and advise about 30 Electrical Engineering students • Laboratories: Prepare and updating the lab manuals for Control Systems and Logic Design, and teaching lab for it. • Tutorials: Teaching tutorials for Control Systems, Logic Design, and Electromagnetic Field and Wave Propagation

  • • Budget Coordinator for the College: Assist the dean for preparing the budget with coordinate with the heads of departments. Prepare business plan and income statement for each department in the college.
  • • Review of the Academic Record: Carry out and verification of the student records (Transcript) for electrical and biomedical students, to ensure that they complete all requirements for graduation. As well as doing study cases of many students they have academic defaults and advise them in registration, in order to get out of academic warning.
  • • Events Management Committee: Member in events management committee for preparation and accommodation graduation ceremonies.
