Department of Management and Marketing

The Department of Management and Marketing at Ajman University, part of the AACSB-accredited College of Business Administration, offers two undergraduate programs: the Bachelor of Science in Management and the Bachelor of Science in Marketing.

 

Both programs develop creativity, analytical thinking, and responsible leadership, emphasizing ethical and sustainable decision-making. Students gain an entrepreneurial and market-oriented mindset that prepares them to innovate and lead in today’s technology-driven global business environment.

 

The Management program provides a solid foundation in leadership, organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, and strategic management, preparing students to apply managerial knowledge and strategic insight to enhance performance and drive organizational effectiveness in dynamic environments. It also offers minors in Human Resource Management and Business Analytics to strengthen managerial and analytical competencies.

 

The Marketing program, accredited by the Digital Marketing Institute (DMI), integrates consumer behavior, marketing research, and brand management with advanced study in digital marketing, social media strategy, and data analytics. The program includes innovative, technology-driven learning components that ensure graduates are prepared for the evolving demands of the business world.

 

Through strategic industry collaborations, experiential projects, and the mentorship of highly qualified faculty, students gain practical exposure to real-world challenges and develop the adaptability, confidence, and entrepreneurial leadership needed to succeed in managerial, marketing, and strategic roles across sectors in the UAE and beyond.
