Students Visit the Senior Citizens

The volunteers club of the Student Affairs Department, at Ajman University of Science & Technology organized a trip for students to the Old Peoples Home in Ajman. Mr. Ahmad AbuTaha welcomed the student delegation on behalf of the institution that houses the senior citizens.

Ajman University instills the values of community service in its students and this visit comes within this framework, which cherishes the elderly in our society and teaches the younger generation the irreplaceable value of elders.

Student Affairs Department stresses that this is a reminder that the entire community unites to uphold and cherish the spirit of love and affection that we have always received from our elders. Gifts and token of appreciations were distributed amongst them, it was a sheer pleasure to see beautiful smiles on their faces and their eyes lit up.
