How to Build Successful Relationships

On August 20, 2024, the Counseling Unit organized a group meeting between three current and new students at AU, moderated by Ms. Doaa Al-Alimi, a student from the College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences. The current students warmly welcomed the newcomers, sharing their experiences and insights about university life. They emphasized the importance of relationships in fostering a positive university experience and offered tips for building healthy connections. The session also included strategies for setting and respecting boundaries. It concluded with an open discussion, where the presenters answered audience questions.
