Prof. Christopher Hill’s Visit to the SSC

As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen partnerships and expand its network, the Student Success Center (SSC) hosted Prof. Christopher Hill (British University in Dubai-BUID) on September 23. During his visit, Prof. Hill was briefed on the Center’s activities and the various student services it offers.  A fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA), Prof. Hill also serves as a Specialist for the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications, an Adjunct Researcher for the Higher Evaluation and Accreditation Council of Taiwan, and an External Examiner for the University of Birmingham.
Prof. Chris was welcomed by the SSC Manager, Prof. Nadir Kheir, along with the SSC Officers and College Facilitators, including Ms. Farah Zakut, Mr. Abdul Razzak Dabbagh, Mr. Abdulrahman Salman, Ms. Obaya Bezeid, and Ms. Marawh Fazal. During the visit, Prof. Hill also met with Prof. Khaled Assaleh, VCAA, to discuss the impact of artificial intelligence and academic integrity on higher education.
