Fostering Teamwork and Innovation at the Hostel Creative Team

The Office of Students Housing organized a gathering for a focal group of hostel residents under the “Hostel Creative Team” on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. The session covered four key agenda items: team introductions, role assignments, brainstorming, and next steps.

Each member introduced themselves by sharing their name, major, skills, experience, and areas of interest, helping to identify strengths and suitable roles within the team. Roles and responsibilities were then discussed and assigned to ensure clarity and effective collaboration on upcoming activities. During the brainstorming session, members proposed ideas for future events, which will be reviewed, prioritized, and prepared for implementation.

This initiative also supports the development of skills, including teamwork, communication, critical thinking, creativity, and leadership, by encouraging residents to participate actively and contribute to campus life.
