What sets you apart beyond your degree? Organized by the Counseling Unit, the webinar “Career Readiness: Soft Skills That Matter,” held on April 22, 2026, gave students the opportunity to explore the key skills that shape how they communicate, collaborate, and grow in real-world settings.
Led by Dr. Zehra Edis, Associate Professor, at the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and moderated by Doaa Alsalti, Administrative Assistant, at the Counseling Unit, with student co-moderator Hidaya Boudjadi, the session focused on practical skills like communication, adaptability, teamwork, and self-awareness. It showed how these everyday abilities influence confidence, decision-making, and how students present themselves in academic and professional environments.
