The Deanship of Student Services, through the Center for Inclusive Learning, hosted a workshop entitled “From Family Life to the Workplace” on February 11, 2026, organized by MASAR Career Excellence in collaboration with ICP Ajman. The session focused on promoting inclusiveness and equal opportunities in the workplace. The workshop featured Ms. Amani Al Nuami, Branch Manager of Support Services, and Mr. Abdulla Al Kamali, Employee at ICP, who shared insights on accessibility, resilience, and breaking barriers through lived experiences and professional perspectives. The session provided students with a valuable understanding of inclusive practices, encouraging them to embrace diversity, challenge perceptions, and contribute to more inclusive academic and professional environments. This initiative reflected the university’s commitment to accessibility, equal opportunity, and fostering an inclusive campus culture.
