Learning Without Limits: Empowering Peer Tutors to Support Hearing & Learning Diversity

As part of Ajman University’s commitment to inclusivity, the Student Success Center, in collaboration with the Center for Inclusive Learning, conducted the second workshop in the “Learning Without Limits – Empowering Peer Tutors for Diverse Abilities: Hearing & Learning” series on January 28, 2026. Led by Samah Abusniemah Psychological Counselor Center for Inclusive Learning, and Dr. Erum Khan, Manager of SSC, the session equipped Peer Tutors with practical communication techniques and effective strategies to support students with hearing differences and diverse learning needs. Through interactive discussions and hands-on activities, participants enhanced their understanding of inclusive tutoring and accessible learning practices across the university.
