Follow these steps.
1. Apply Online
Prepare and upload clear scans of the following required documents:
- Official secondary school certificate /transcripts certified by the UAE Ministry of Education.
- Equivalency Certificate from Ministry of Education (MOE) in the UAE for foreign high school certificate.
- A valid colored passport copy with valid residence
- A valid colored UAE national ID copy
- A valid certificate of good conduct issued by the official authorities
- Status of UAE National Service or exemption of the Military National Service (for UAE Male applicants)
- Recent colored photograph size (3×4)
- Medical report Click here to get the form (Medical report made outside the UAE is not accepted)
- A valid Certificate of proficiency test in English:
- For all programs taught in English: (EmSAT) with a score of 1100 or (5.0 IELTS academic or TOEFL (ITP)score of 500) or its equivalent.
- For Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery: (EmSAT) with a score of 1400 or (6.0 IELTS academic or TOEFL (ITP)score of 550) or its equivalent.
- For all programs taught in Arabic: (EmSAT) with a score of 950 or (4.5 IELTS academic or TOEFL (ITP)score of 450) or its equivalent.
- Arabic language of EmSAT:
- A score of 1000 for all programs taught in Arabic.
- A score of 800 for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), and Bachelor of Pharmacy. (Ajman University will provide a Basic Arabic Language Course for the international students) for the programs mentioned in this point.
- A score of 600 for all undergraduate Business Administration and Engineering programs. (Ajman University will provide a Basic Arabic Language Course for the international students) for the programs mentioned in this point
- Mathematics of EmSAT:
- A score of 600 or equivalent for all undergraduate Business Administration programs.
- A score of 800 or equivalent for Bachelor of Law.
- A score of 900 or equivalent for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Bachelor of Pharmacy, and Engineering programs. (In case the score is not available the applicant must pass the admission exam which will be set up by the college).
- An EmSAT score of 800 in Physics for Engineering programs.
- An EmSAT score of 900 in two of the three science subjects of (Chemistry, Biology or Physics) for Bachelor of Dental Surgery, and Bachelor of Pharmacy), In case the score is not available the applicant must pass the admission exams which will be set up by the college.
- An EmSAT score of 1100 in two of the three science subjects of (Chemistry, Biology or Physics) for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), (In case the score is not available the applicant must pass the admission exams which will be set up by the college.
- Kuwaiti Nationals applicants must attach a copy of Kuwaiti Embassy Approval

Notes:
- Other requirements might apply based on an applicant's specific school system. The Office of Admission and Registration has the right to request any supporting documents.
- Must pass the personal interview set by the college for the programs of MBBS, BDS, pharmacy, law, and all programs of the College of Business Administration
- Must pass the admission tests set by the colleges
- The applicant who does not satisfy the minimum EmSAT requirements or equivalents may be accepted (in some programs) on a conditional basis and must participate in the remedial courses offered by Continuing Education Centre (CCEE).
- Unattested copies will be accepted to start the application process. However, applicants will be required to show attested original documents in person before enrolling at AU.
- Applicants who applied for the equivalency certificate from the UAE Ministry of Education but did not complete the equivalency process by the time of registration will be allowed to register provided that they sign a conditional admission contract and they must submit a copy of the Ministry of Education application receipt.
- The decision to admit an applicant is made on a competitive basis, considering the number of available seats as determined by the individual college and the applicant’s final CGPA

2. Upon Acceptance
