Law Students Breifed On the Amended Civil Laws

A lecture regarding the new additional laws that concerns the civil action in light of the Code of Civil Procedure N. 11, issued in 1992 and amended by Law no. 10, issued in 2014, was delivered by Dr. Magdi Khalil, Associate Professor in Civil Law at the College of Law in Ajman University of Science and Technology.

The lecture was introduced by Mr. Nawwaf Al-Doukhi from Ajman Courts. It seeks the definition of the management of a Civil Action in light of the Law no. 10 issued in 2014 that has amended the Code of Civil Procedure n. 11 issued in 1992. Many law students attended the lecture and posed their questions at the end of the lecture.
