AU Scouts Club Participates in Scouting Training Course
Ajman University Scouts Club members participated in the 10th Scout Rohoot held at the University of Sharjah.
The inaugurating ceremony was attended by Dr. Mohammed Helal, Director of Student Life Office at Ajman University, and Mr. Saleem Derbas, Supervisor of Student Activities, as well as the Chancellor of Sharjah University and the Chancellor of Qasimiyah University in addition to the Chairman of the Sharjah Scout Mission and the Secretary General of the Arab Federation of Scouts and Guides and a number of guests.
The training course tackled the various scout life skills , its objectives, principles, methods, and scouting traditions such as camping trips, first aid, ropes and land navigation skills, in addition to scouts curriculum, scouts signs and ranks and leadership styles.
