Malaysian Delegation Visits AUST

A delegation from the Malaysian university of Malaya visited Ajman University of Science & Technology to enhance cooperation in the domains of scientific research& training courses.

During the visit, the delegation met AUST vice- presidents as well as some academics. Dr. Ahmad Ankit, vice, president for cultural Affairs and External Relations, welcomed the delegation and briefed them on the history of AUST.

Then Dr. Basheer Shehada, vice-president for follow – up and development, explained the procedures for obtaining accreditation for AUST academic programs in the UAE.

The said visit is part of a tour to some GCC states that included KSA, Oman and Kuwait to discuss ways of enhancing cooperation between Malaya University and some Arab University.

By the end of the visit, members of the delegation expressed their profound gratitude to AUST administration for receiving the delegation calling for open channels between the two parts.
