AUST participates at the Career Event of the year: Najah 2013
Ajman University of Science & Technology has actively participates at the 7th edition of one of the largest career fairs: NAJAH 2013. It is the most comprehensive education, training and career event ever to be held in the United Arab Emirates. Specially designed to cater to the needs of all distinct sectors of the economy, at one focused environment, NAJAH provides tailored solutions to each visitor's needs. This important event represents a brand new concept based on extensive research.
AUST is participating with a considerable representation at NAJAH 2013, being held at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre from October 29-31. The event features numerous activities for visitors including: job profiling, careers advice, over 100 'topic specific' seminars and the region’s largest high level strategic educational conference. The event also showcases many leading UAE companies looking to recruit young graduates.
Professionals from AUST delivered short courses at the venue: Dr. Chulo Jung, from the Department of Architecture, spoke about “Creative Thinking” while Mr. Anas Abu Naser, graphic designer, enlightened the students about the “Tricks of PhotoShop”. Students’ and graduates’ keen interest in the courses and degree programs was evident by the number of visitors and detailed discussion with AUST experts and representatives present at the venue.
