Ajman University Signs MoU with Ajman Educational Zone

Ajman University of Science & Technology signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Ajman Educational Zone to strengthen the strategic ties between the two institutions. The MoU will foster cooperation and enhance their role in developing a better educational plan for the Emirate of Ajman. The broader horizons for this agreement will assist in implementing new projects that will serve their common interests, thereby lending their support to the development and education in Ajman.

The agreement was signed by Mr Osama Saeed Salman, Vice President, Ajman University and His Excellency Ali Hassan Mohammed, Director, Ajman Education Zone. Also attending were Dr. Basheer Shehadeh, Assistant to AUST President for External Relations, Dr. Ibrahim Gherfal, AUST Dean, College of Education and Basic Sciences, Mr. Abdul Wahid Al Kamali, AEZ School Management Expert and Mr. Issa Hamed Al Hosni, Head of AEZ Education Processes Sector.

This MoU provides a bond of cooperation between the two institutions in order to contribute in a unified fashion to the development of education for the community. The exchange of knowledge and experience will have a positive impact on the delivery of education and its system in the Emirates of Ajman. They will also plan programs and workshops to ensure effective implementation of the qualitative efforts and projects.

Mr. Osama Salman explained that this “endeavor is in the quest for leadership and excellence in education in the Emirates of Ajman a vision set by His Highness Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and  Ruler of Ajman”.

For his part, Mr. Ali Hassan Mohammed, Director of Ajman Educational Zone, pointed out that this MoU builds on the supreme Directives of the Government of Ajman and its strategic plan, to ensure that we consolidate the strategic partnership for the development of the educational process, these prestigious cooperation’s contribute to the achievement of the strategic educational plan in the vision of the UAE achieving the vision 2021 for the Emirate of Ajman.
