By enrolling in the Peer Tutoring Program, I

1. Understand that my enrollment and attendance don’t guarantee my success in the respective topic/course.
2. Release and forever discharge Ajman University and its affiliates, successors, officers, workers, representatives, partners, agents and the Student Success Center (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, liabilities.
3. Undertake that this release to be binding upon me and my heirs, administrators, personal representatives, executors, successors and assigns.
4. Undertake that this release to supersede any and all prior oral or written agreements or understandings between Ajman University and me concerning the subject matter of this Release.
