My name is Zaina Moiz Ahmed, and I am currently a second-year architecture student with a strong passion for exploring both the history and science of architecture. I hope to teach Architectural History and Introduction to Architectural Science, as I believe these two courses provide the perfect balance between understanding where architecture comes from and how it works at its core. I have some previous experience with teaching from a high school program where I helped other students catch up in their classes, and that experience showed me how much I enjoy explaining concepts in a clear and approachable way. My love for history and the social sciences motivates me to share the stories and ideas that shaped architecture, while my interest in architectural science stems from its importance as the foundation of design covering structures, ergonomics, and the principles that make architecture function. I hope to bring passion, clarity, and enthusiasm to teaching both subjects, making them engaging and easier for students to understand.
