The Unit of Athletics Organizes Sports Day for Taxi Drivers of Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority

The Unit of Athletics at the Office of Student Life organized “Sports Day” as part of its ongoing efforts to promote health, wellness, and active lifestyles within the community.

As part of its community engagement initiatives, the Unit organized a Sports Day for taxi drivers in collaboration with the Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority. Held at Ajman University’s sports facilities, the event featured a variety of sports and fitness activities designed to promote physical health and overall wellbeing. Participants enjoyed basketball and football matches, along with fun and competitive games such as tug-of-war, creating an engaging and enjoyable sports experience.

The Unit of Athletics continues to raise awareness about the importance of physical activity as an essential component of a healthy lifestyle.
