- How do I apply for Ajman University ISIC Student ID?
All newly enrolled students at Ajman University will automatically receive a digital ISIC Student ID card during their first semester of registration. The card remains valid throughout the duration of the academic program. Ajman University issues digital ISIC Student ID cards only and does not provide physical printed cards. Once the card is ready for use, students will receive an onboarding email with instructions on how to access it via the designated application.

- My student ID has expired; how do I renew it?
If you are still actively enrolled at Ajman University, your expired ISIC Student ID card will be renewed automatically at the beginning of the semester. No action is required on your part.

- Need proof of your student status?
You can generate your Student Status Confirmation directly in the Alive app.
1. Open the app and click on the “Cards” section.
2. Select Student Status Confirmation and tap “Export.”
Your Student Status Confirmation will be automatically generated as a PDF, ready to save or share.

How do I access my Ajman University ISIC Student ID?   
    
1. Download the Alive App
Download the Alive App, select United Arab Emirates as your country, and tap Continue.

  1. Sign Up
    Select Login / Sign Up, enter your university email address, and create a password. Follow the instructions to complete your profile.

Important: Make sure your first name and surname match exactly the details provided in your onboarding email, “Welcome to ISIC – Your Official Student ID”, sent to your university email address.

  1. Add Your Card
    Once your profile is created, select “I have a card” and enter your “Card number”, first name, and surname exactly as shown in your onboarding email.
  2. Enjoy Your Digital Card
    Your ISIC Card is now connected to your Alive profile.
