Dr. Rasha M. Abdelrahman is Head of the Department of Psychology at Ajman University, with over 25 years of experience in higher education, psychology, research, counseling, and academic leadership. She holds a PhD in Psychology and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). She is a licensed psychologist in Dubai, a certified quality assessor, and a Research Fellow at INTI International University, Malaysia. Her research interests include clinical psychology, mental health, psychometrics, mindfulness, psychological well-being, student engagement, and artificial intelligence in psychology and education. She has published extensively in international peer-reviewed journals and contributes actively to academic and community initiatives. Since 1998, Dr. Rasha has been a freelance journalist, contributing to numerous newspapers and magazines in both Arabic and English.
