Professional Legal Advisor Addresses Law Students

The College of Law at Ajman University hosted Dr. Jihad Bani Younes, legal advisor at the Economic Development Departments in the emirates of Ajman.

His lecture focused on the practices related to the provision of commercial transactions law. The commercial licensing  procedure and the rules and regulations for getting a trading license. The lecture targeted the students currently enrolled in commercial transaction law course at the University.

Dr. Zeana Ghanem, the course instructor explained that the students were glad as they could relate the theory with practical aspect of the law.
