The College of Law Holds Advisory Council Meeting to Strengthen Collaboration with Legal and Judicial Leaders

The College of Law at Ajman University held an Advisory Board Meeting aimed at enhancing collaboration with prominent figures in the legal and judicial sectors and exploring ways to advance its academic and research programs in line with the latest legislative and professional developments in the UAE. The meeting reflects the College’s commitment to its pivotal role in preparing qualified graduates who meet the evolving needs of the job market and contribute to strengthening the justice system in the country.

The Advisory Board includes distinguished members with extensive expertise in the legal and judicial fields, among them Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Port and Customs Department in Ajman and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the International Charitable Organization, and Prof. Khaled Assaleh, Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs, at Ajman University, along with several deans of law schools from national universities, legal experts, and senior executives from both public and private institutions.

The meeting discussed the College’s key achievements during the past period and reviewed its strategic priorities for the upcoming phase. It also explored ways to strengthen collaboration and partnerships with professional bodies and legal institutions within and outside the UAE, while emphasizing the importance of utilizing specialized recommendations and expertise to support the continuous development of the College’s academic programs, research activities, and community initiatives.

This meeting comes as part of the College of Law’s continuous efforts to foster active engagement with various legal and community sectors, reflecting its commitment to supporting the justice system in the UAE, while advancing its academic programs to align with legislative and professional developments and meet the needs of the job market.
