Social Responsibility and Sustainability Indicators Training at Ajman University

Ajman University of Science and Technology lends its support to the commitment of Ajman Vision 2021 and in its endeavours has organized a comprehensive training course on campus at Sheikh Zayed Centre for Exhibitions and Conferences.

In the bid to spread awareness about social responsibility amongst the strategic stakeholders and various establishments in the Emirates of Ajman the Department of Community Services has jointly cooperated with NAYA to bring to training course entitled “Social Responsibility and Sustainability Indicators”.

The course is specially designed for its participants, the employees of government institutions around the Emirates of Ajman. It outlines the concept of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) along with ensuring its compliance procedures are in place at corporate level. The course also highlights the social responsibility in accordance with the ISO Standards and the added value and impact of CSR in the sustainable development of society and state.

The course is being conducted by Dr. Emad Saad from the NAYA Excellence Group. The  participants are key position holders in the arena of  environment, health, communications and others some of them are members from Ajman Police, Ajman Chamber of Commerce, Ajman Free Zone, Ajman Executive Council, Ajman Health Zone and other notable departments of Ajman Government.
