Masar Career Excellence and the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences Organize Workshop on Business and Communication

Masar Career Excellence, in collaboration with the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, organized a workshop titled "The World of Business and Communication: Your Paved Path to Success," in cooperation with the AIM Congress Group. It aimed to enhance professional trends and foster interaction between students and specialized speakers.

The workshop was led by Alaa Al Amiry, lecturer at Ajman University's College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and Mr. Imad Eddin Oubiri, International Relations Strategists at AIM Congress Group. Also joining from Ajman University were Dr. Rajesh Mohnot, Associate Professor and Head of the Finance Department at the College of Business Administration, and Dr. Zahra Idis, Associate Professor at the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Additionally, students Saif Al-Din Al-Shawish and Farah Adnan from the Biomedical Engineering Program participated, providing diverse perspectives and insights to the discussion.

The workshop underscored the importance of effective communication for building relationships and achieving success, prioritizing honesty, respect, and conflict resolution. Additionally, it emphasized the enriching role of cultural diversity and the significance of concentration for productivity. Timely responsiveness, embracing failure as a learning opportunity, and honing communication skills were also highlighted as essential for future preparedness.

The workshop also explored interdisciplinary connect, encouraging conversations between faculty and students. This discussion added to the understanding of how communication skills are necessary for preparing students for the job market.
